Case Description
Hi, I have multiple major issues and am ready to fix my teeth now that I am in a better position financially. These procedures are still very costly, so I would love to get general ballpark estimates based on my list of issues. I have been to my dentist, but he is unwilling to discuss less invasive/less costly procedures and his prices seem extreme, especially considering all the procedures I need.
I have a flipper for my missing #5 & #13 teeth. I hate it, please help me be rid of it! I have read of resin-bonded Maryland bridges for these teeth, but not all dentists will do this on these teeth. I had a bubble gum tooth on #5 that lasted for 3 years. I would love this approach to save cost and afford me time to bridge my lower teeth and then maybe do implants later on for a more permanent fix. My list is as follows:
#5-missing; #13-missing; #3-had root canal to prepare for crown, but after delaying my trip back for the crown, dentist said it is no longer able to be saved. tooth is broken and hollow interior from root canal. 19 & 18-missing (17 is intact); 30-missing, root tip needs extracted (32 has not erupted)
If anyone can give me an idea of treatments/price, (obviously I know these are general figures) but this would help, as I have little time, as I am a small business owner. Thanks so much!

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Dear Patient, In this tough economy we find many patients in the same dilemma as yours. It is very important for us as dentist to provide options for the patients. Maryland bridges are not done as frequently as the once use to be due to the high failure rate. It is very difficult to diagnose or give you fees without really seeing the whole picture. Maryland bridges can range anywhere from $1500 - $3000 depending on the situation. If you would be interested in a complimentary consult to go over some options please feel free to give our office a call. Dr. Ashish Patel

Good questions. So you''''''''re looking for a price for two Maryland bridges? We could do each bridge for around $1800 per bridge. They do have a higher rate of failure than typical bridges, but are FAR more conservative. We have done several Maryland bridges replacing premolars (like #5 & #13). I invite you to come in for a consultation. The other dentistry you wanted a quote on, we''''''''d obviously need to see you for because there is too much of a spectrum of costs. Hope to see hear from you soon http://www.AtlantaDentalSpa.com
