With the exception of Atlanta Dental Spa, every dentist practice I have been in felt so clinical and stale, and the office staff are usually only interested in getting people in and out. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Atlanta Dental Spa was genuinely kind and the atmosphere was inviting. I've never experienced an in-depth and detailed new patient exam like the one I experience at Atlanta Dental Spa. Going to the dentist is no longer something I resist and dread. Dr. Estep was friendly, listened well, and explained things in a way I understood. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Estep.

My experience at Dr. Estep's office was by far the best I have ever had at a dental office. From the moment I walked in the door I felt more like I was at a spa rather than a dental office. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The office is actually quite relaxing. The chairs are very comfortable and there are televisions in the ceiling above each chair and they provide Bose headphones for you to be able to listen to the television (and you get to pick the channel!) I also l loved the paraffin wax treatment I received for my hands while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Estep did an amazing job (I had several cavities filled). She was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her.
About Hygienist: Christine gave a pain-free cleaning. She was super nice and very thorough.

I am a busy Mom of two and have always dreaded going to the dentist, but visiting Dr. Estep and her spa like office has changed my opinion and expectation of going for a routine check up. It is obvious that Dr. Estep is committed to her smiles both professionally and personally through her genuine care and concern for me as a friend and patient. Although I have no medical background she seems extremely knowledgeable on the latest cutting edge dentistry. I thought I would have to pay more for a cosmetic dentist, but was surprised to learn my insurance covered it just like general dentistry. As a busy Mom pampering does not come often, because my days are filled with errands and appointments. Now I get to actually feel indulged while doing something that I used to dread.

I have been going to Dr. Estep since her practice opened a few years ago. I live and work in the city, but feel that the drive into Roswell for my appointment is worth every minute. The experience is friendly, efficient and best-in-class in terms of overall care and facilities. Great experience going to the dentist. Reception area was excellent with coffee, sodas, and an internet bar. The examining rooms were state-of-the art and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Estep is an exceptional dentist and care giver. She is a perfectionist in her work and it shows. I have recommended all of my friends and colleagues (men and women) to go to her, which to me is the highest form of compliment I can give. Several of them had their smiles made over, and she did an amazing job each time. Some had really bad teeth to start with and some just average -- but all have terrific smiles now. I can't believe how much better they look and how much more attractive an confident they are with perfect teeth.They don't look fake, either. Dr. Estep has done some general dentistry work and Invisalign for me. The procedures are always painless. In my opinion, she is an expert cosmetic and general dentist. And she has a team of experts working for her as well. The entire group delivers excellent service every time I'm there. They will go out of their way to serve your needs. Atlanta Dental Spa is beautiful and spacious - not at all like a dentist's office. They have TVs in the ceiling to watch with headphones during procedures...and they pamper you, too. The place is great and I recommend everyone to them. If you're reading this - you really need to choose Atlanta Dental Spa and Dr. Estep.
About Hygienist: Dr. Estep's hygienist is the best I've ever had. She is thorough in my cleaning and her chairside manner is very professional and relaxing. My teeth look great and my mouth always feels very fresh and clean. I look forward to my cleanings.

Dr. Estep takes great care to make sure the experience is pleasent and enjoyable. She truly enjoys what she does every day and it shows in her treatment of me and my husband. Just like another reviewer, he didn't want to go to the dentist. On his first patient exam, she discover some trouble with his gums and set about a care plan with extra appts needed. Now his gums are in great shape and he looks forward to coming. He even beat me in gum and teeth quality on our last check up. This from a man who put off the dentist for years at a time. Her skills and patient manner can rehab a scared 39 year old, she's the dentist we'll be sticking with.I recently had an old filling replaced with an inlay, and the two appt process was seemless. It was painless and she checked up on me to make sure everything was going well with the new filling. Working with Dr. Estep is always a positive experience.She makes sure our family has healthy and happy mouths here in Atlanta. If we ever moved, we come back to make sure she's taking care of us.
About Hygienist: Christine does a fantastic job each time we see her. Her energy and technique always leaves my teeth feeling polished and perfect. I even received a few compliments from people after my last cleaning. I give her and Dr. Estep all the credit.
