Dr Williams has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr. WIlliams performed oral surgery in a number of areas of mouth to remove tori (bone growths) in the floor and roof of my mouth, as well as the exterior portion of my upper and lower jaw on both sides. The results were phenomenal! I wouldn't have trusted any other dentist with this work and highly recommend him for difficult or uncommon procedures, as well as regular dental care. The 3 hour surgery was painless and the recovery was quick. Most importantly, the surgery was a tremendous success -- I can eat anything I want without discomfort, and even my facial appearance is back to normal. I didn't realize how my jaws were changing shape until I saw myself after the surgery!

About Hygienist: Beth is fantastic -- I've never had a hygienist that was as thorough and caring as she is. She's the best! But -- I shouldn't be surprised -- all of Dr. Williams employees are top-notch!

For years I've had perio problems, pain, and suffered from poor dentistry. Being new to the Atlanta area, I was in need of a local dentist and my neighbor recommended Dr. Williams at SDC. I had broken a filling and called the office to set up my first appointment. My first visit was a tour of the facilities, meeting of the staff, x-rays and dental assessment. I will say that when I received my treatement plan, my hair caught on fire. I was VERY upset! I came in to fix a tooth and they were re-working my entire mouth. Well.... After sitting down with his staff and reveiwing the treatment, I decided to go ahead with the plan. I do not have dental insurance, so I needed a loan, and his staff was very helpful refering me to many low interest options. For the first time in a decade, I can say that I am now pain free! I had gum surgery, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges and fillings done. Everyone at SDC did their best to insure that I was always comfortable during any procedures being performed. They always followed up to check on me, they really cared. The cheapest deal isn't always the best, you have to spend wisely these days. I definately got what I paid for and years of eating and enjoying my own teeth.

About Hygienist: I love my hygenist Krista. I really love all of the staff at SDC and don't want to leave them out. Krista is very thorough and professional. Great place to bring the entire family for good dental health

Until I met Dr. Williams, I refused to go to a dentist for close to 20 years. His presence is calm, relaxing and believable. I had several root canals, bridge, crowns, etc. I did have a partial however have never been able to get used to using it.....as soon as I can get back to work, I will be back in his office in a matter of days to have implants put in. Dr. Williams will change the way you feel about yourself! If you want to be treated like a queen (or king), make the appointment now...you will be so happy with the outcome.

I have known Dr. Williams for years and have always been very impressed by his professionalism while being extremely personable and light hearted. He is a fun loving guy and great at what he does. Dr. Williams has also been my dentist for going on 8 years now and over the years I have watched the facilities get better and better. Complete with a top end customer sevice, they will even get you a beverage uopn request while you sit and wait for your appointment in the massage chairs or surf on the free wi-fi. The organization of the staff is impeccable as well and their use of current media outlets for communication. Currently, as of this week, we began my invisalign treatment using new technology that was created no to long ago. I love them. The process of getting started was quick and painless. He is the one that recommended that we go this route rather than "regular braces." Now, to understand the magnitude of what we are dealing with here, I have a gap in my front teeth with an impacted K-9. He assured me that everything will go great and I could not be more confident in that. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows this industry better than anyone I know. Can't wait till the end result.

About Hygienist: The Hygienists are hand picked by Dr. Williams himself and seem to know just as much about the practice as any dentist I've met. Not to mention they are very personable and provide a great experience.

My wife and I moved to Duluth during 2005 and found Suwanee Dental Care and Dr. Bill Williams through the Chambers of Commerce. We have been very happy patients since then. By now, I have been seen Dr. Williams and the other dentists for restorations, fillings and a root canal all with hardly any discomfort and just about completely pain-free. The whole team treats one with respect, gentleness and kindness. Every person takes pride in their work from the hygienists, to the dentists to the front office.

I highly recommend Suwanee Dental Care. They have helped me with a great smile and taking care of every tooth. In fact, I look forward to my next visit because I know that pain is no longer "an issue" for me and that I will get my money's worth.

About Hygienist: After five years, the hygiene team knows my wife and me by name. We visit regularly and they have helped me come up with plans that promote gum health and reduce pocket depths in some tricky places. The experience is pain-free and I can tell that the team is eager to learn and know the latest and greatest developments in the industry. They use state of the art technology there to make sure that my visit is comfortable and pain-free.

My inroduction to Dr. Williams was a personal call from him in response to an email query I had sent after reviewing the web site. This conversation gave me the opporturnity to express my fears and hesitations. After reassuring me, he invited me to come in for a consultation. At this consultation, I was asked what I did not like about my smile; following a workup, he gave his evaluation and suggested a treatment plan and options. The decisions were left up to me. He has since completed the work and today, I no longer worry about my teeth. I know that I can be pain free and can come to this wonderful place of gentle dentistry to address any problems that may arise.

About Hygienist: I cannot say enough positive things about the hygenists. They are extremely gentle and have given me treatments that have made my teeth/gums less sensitive so that my cleanings are pain-free. In addition, they are VERY nice.

I starting going to Dr. Williams about eight years ago with a wide range of problems. First, he treated my TMJ problems which I had for years. He did an extensive workup to determine the problems and one of the problems was my wisdom teeth. He removed my wisdom teeth and started replacing my old mercury fillings and correcting some poor dental work I had done previously. He did about 11 crowns and also put me in braces. There was no pain or discomfort and I am happy with the results and am proud of my smile and often get compliments on my beautiful teeth. I was scared to go to the dentist, but no longer as Dr. Williams has calmed my fears. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Williams to my friends. My grandson will soon be in braces and I have selected Dr. Williams to do them. The office is state of the art, the staff is always polite and helpful. Thank you Dr. Williams for a great smile. I was initially interested in Lumineer veneers and consulted Dr. Williams for that reason. As it turned out, Lumineers weren't the best choice for me, but Dr. Williams definitely was! I had consulted with other dentists about cosmetic dental work, some of whom were actually cheaper, but I'll know for the rest of my life that I made the right choice. Everyone in the office shares his vision of compassionate, first-class dentistry, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants. There is a tremendous emphasis on education and preventive dental care in the practice, and it's an understatement to say that I learned a lot. Everyone was available to answer my questions along the way, and Dr. Williams phoned me at home to check on my comfort level after a long day in the office. The staff seemed almost as thrilled as I was with my final results and I'm happy and relieved to have found a dentist for life!

If you are searching for that one dentist that is excellent in his profession, compassionate, caring and trustworthy and has a true calming effect on you the moment you meet him, get to Atlanta and go see Dr. Williams!!!!

After 25 years of avoiding a dental office due to extreme fear and terrible previous experiences when I was younger, the moment you walk into the facility, your life WILL CHANGE. I drove by his office every day for over 10 years before I had the courage to review his website. I made the appointment after another two years and had my first appointment last year. I wouldn't even open my mouth or smile due to the condition of my teeth. Dr. Williams did not judge the conditionof my teeth, he simply said "it's nothing we can't fix"......the best words I've heard in years. I have just completed my entire upper teeth and an so excited to continue with my bottom teeth and then I will be smiling so proudly and brightly, you will be able to see my smile for miles!!! Dr. Williams is incredible. As a high profile professional speaker I was ashamed to smile. My teeth were yellow, cracked and worn. Dr. Williams and his staff are the best! I have nothing but the highest regards for their services, and Dr. Williams ability as a dentist. He is one of the few that can do it all right in his office without referring patients out to other specialists. Dr. Williams replaced all of the crowns on my upper teeth that had been done close to 20 years earlier. He suggested that he raise the gum line using a laser, which was painless, and it improved the quality of my smile tremendously. Having spent several hours in his chair, I know first hand of the sensitivity with which Dr. Williams treat his patients and the excellent results of his work. I cannot imagine having this amount of work done by anyone else. I simply cannot find words to express my gratitude for his talent and care as a professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff. I have a severe dental phobia. I had not had regular cleanings in 20 years -only going in when absolutely necessary (to replace a filling or have wisdom teeth removed).

2 years ago I decided to try and overcome my phobia enough to have my teeth inspected. I began to look into sedation dentistry and discovered Suwanee Dental.

I can't say enough about Dr. Williams or the staff. From the beginning they have done everything they can to help ease my fears. I was fortunate that my years of neglect only resulted in me needing several crowns, fillings, and scaling. All of that was accomplished in one visit using conscious sedation.

I was so impressed by the way the procedure went and how I had been treated I decided to see how a regular cleaning would go. That was May of last year - since then I have been back every 6 months.

I can't say that I now have no fears when going to the dentist- but they still work with me & the progress I've made in 2 years is unbelievable. If you were like me - please try Dr. Wiiliams. They won't ridicule you, pressure you or lecture you. Take the first step and just call and talk to them. They will work with you.

After previously seeing another dentist and being dissatisfied with the results, I was recommended to Dr. Williams. He was touted as one of the best cosmetic dentists in the area and upon researching Suwanee Dental Cares website, his smile makeovers seemed nothing short of miraculous. Hoping to achieve the same result, I met with Dr. Williams. After listening to my issues and inspecting my teeth, he promised that he would be able to not only help me aesthetically, but also maintain the health of my existing teeth. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for over twenty years. When I first became his patient I was in need of gum surgery and several crowns. We made a plan to do the work that I needed over a period of time, and this worked out very well with my insurance and also my pocketbook. From the start I was very impressed with the skill, knowledge and professionalism that Dr. William has, and also requires of all the staff. He has always been on the cutting edge of his profession, and is always updating his equipment to the best available. My most recent visit to him was to get a new crown, and with the help of his new (CEREC 3) I had the new perminate ceramic crown and was out of the chair within 1 hour 15 minutes. Our family moved to the Atlanta area 28 years ago. About 25 years ago my husband started going to Dr. Williams. He made him feel very comfortable and welcome. He really liked the staff as well. He was in need of extensive gum surgery, however he was very confident that he was going to the best dentist in the world. Of course I had already been established with another dentist. My husband would constantly tell me how he wished I would change doctors and go to Dr. Williams. He would say, "Someday you'll listen to me." And that someday finally came. My dentist retired and moved away -and I did too- to Dr. Williams. The past two years I personally had some issues with my front teeth. Old resins, cracking. and yellowing. Working with the public everyday I became very conscientious with smiling and was actually embarrassed. But working with the Staff and Dr. Williams there was a plan to do Bonding and some straightening on my upper front teeth. What a difference that made with my confidence! Atlanta, GA. Dr. Williams is certified to perform ALL dental procedures without referral to a specialist. Impressive.

Comfortable office environment, kind office & dental staff, and Dr. Williams himself. Initial visit, this put me at ease.

Dr. Williams prescribed a hygiene plan and improvement plan for the appearance of my teeth. I decided how to approach each step, with my goal always in mind. I travel a lot and was able to plan each step to fit into my schedule.

Dr. Williams improved the health of my teeth through state of the art procedures, and then restored my teeth to the look that I have always wanted.

Pleasant atmosphere. Caring and competent staff. Rarely any waiting and have been very accomodating the time I had to reschedule.

Chair side by hygenists has been personable, front desk and billing professional. Knowing snippets of personal info about kids and remodeling project I've been involved in is above and beyond expectations.

Dr. Williams has a disarming and calming personality which is a benfit for those undergoing implants and excessive dental work such as I have. You can feel the genuine concern he has for his patients.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Williams now for over 7 years and we have had nothing but good results from him. We have both had several crowns done with 100% satisfaction.

I am in my 50's but had always wanted my teeth to look better. I had what I would consider moderate overbite and crooked teeth but never got around to finding an orthodontist and going through the procedure of braces. When I started going to Dr. Williams it was just a natural progression since he could do my routine work at the same time do my braces. Dr. Williams made the whole experience quite pleasant and I am so thrilled with the results. I get compliments all the time on how nice and natural my teeth look .

He has a fantastic staff of people who all make you feel special and give you wonderful service.

I had the good fortune of discovering the Suwannee Dental Care website when I was in need of a major overhaul. We are talking some gum disease, extractions, root canals, and bridges.

Dr. Williams provided me with his diagnosis, plan of attack and cost.

I started the procedures and now have beautiful and functional teeth.

If anyone is looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, efficient, skilled and who continually strives to improve himself and his practice, Dr. Williams is your man.

I am so pleased with my dental implants, that I cannot wait until my other baby tooth finally falls out so I can get the other one done. The most remarkable thing is how quickly and effectively the work was done - having TWO replacement "teeth" put in your jaw under local anesthesia without any discomfort at all is pretty amazing to say the least!

Also, most people who see me every day, do not realize that what they are seeing in my smile is actually 8 pieces of glass - the response I usually get is "wow, they look like regular teeth". I think the best thing about my veneers is how natural they look - great care was taken to make them look that way, for sure. :-)

About me: Most of my permanent teeth developed with little or no enamel...so, until I met Dr. Williams(when I was 18), I suffered through a childhood of some very painful dentistry. Dr. Williams is an expert at using truly "pain-less" dentistry!

Dr. Williams conbination of skill, integrity and knowledge is amazing. After a very thorough review of my dental needs, he presented a plan to me that would accomplish goals he and I set together to correct some existing problems and prevent future ones. The plan was extensive and we spent many hours together as he worked his magic on my smile. I had all of my upper teeth crowned, most of which were replacements from twenty years ago. Dr. Williams is both compassionate and incredibly talented. I would not have considered having any other dentist do the work he did on me, and the results were outstanding. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with dental needs, regardless of the level of care they require. Dr. Williams also has an excelllent staff who reflect his caring attitude coupled with extreme competence. Each of them approached their part of my care with obvious skill and knowledge. Insurance issues were dealt with, pain management was handled, chair side manners were great, and the front desk staffed by friendly, smiling faces. They even offered a credit line with zero interest for a year, which made this work possible for me. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Williams and every person on his staff.

Absolutely the best dental care you can find. I highly recommend both Dr. Williams and his partner Dr. Hayward. I'm in the process of a dental implant and just had a bone graft. I have complete confidence both will be completely successful. As always, both processes were completely painless. I no longer fear the dentist or the more complex procedures now that I've found these guys. I'm fortunate enough that I live very close to their Suwanee office but if I didn't, I'd drive all the way across Atlanta if I had to because they're just that good.

When I was 4 yrs old I had very bad pneumonia that between that and massive antibiotics from hospitalization, interrupted the growth process of my teeth. My teeth have always been terribly discolored and cavity ridden. Dr. Williams, his wife Sheila, and his dental team have all within the past 4 months taken part in a major undertaking transforming my unhealthy, discolored teeth and gums into healthy gums, beautiful white teeth, and my heart knowing the joy of giving out a big 'ol smile that just won't quit! I stand amazed that I can walk through this extreme dental work (my only "good teeth" were my bottom front 6 teeth!) with an absolute minimum of pain and discomfort. Their integrity stands were few dare to venture and I thank Dr. Williams and our precious Lord for my beautiful, healthy mouth and white smile and growing inner confidence. My heart truly overflows with deep gratitude! My feet have not touched the ground yet!

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams since we came to the Suwanee area in the early 90's. Before Dr. Williams, I have been to quite a few different dentists. He is the only person that ever took the time to meet each person in my family, talk with them and generally make us feel at ease.

He has worked on myself and all of my children. His support staff is top notch. The facility and equipment is state of the art. I trust Dr. Williams and will continue to use his services, even though I have moved out of the Suwanee area.

I have known Dr. Williams since I was a small child. He cared for me until I moved away as an adult with my own small children. The care I recieved has been the very best ever, because I did not have any other dentist his care was all I knew. Since my move 10 years ago, I know how good my care was. I have never recieved any care close to his, and his staff. I am willing to drive over an hour for him to help with some new dental needs. The drive will be more than worth its weight in gold. I would recommend him to anyone, in or out of his area. He is not only a great dentist, but also a great person (with a fantastic wife by his side not only at home but in the dental room!!)

When I recieved bonding on my 2 front teeth they did not even do veneers. My bonding has lasted since I was in middle school. I am now 34 years old and will be getting his fantastic veneers that I am positive will last a life time!!

I was a "dental cripple" as a child and Dr. Williams was very instrumental in helping me put my oral health on tract towards very comfortable eating and a confident smile. After all I've been through, I know now how key those two things are to a persons overall health and well being; and I have Dr. Williams to thank.

I not only gained high respect for his abilities as Dentist, but also came to consider him a true friend. The positive results from Dr. Williams' services have been worth many times over the fees he charged me.

I'm sure there may be cheaper dentist, but I'm the kind of person that appreciates the long term value of paying a little more (particularly when it comes to my health).
